Thank you for visiting the Across The Bridge website and we hope your visit here may be the start of an ongoing relationship. As our name suggests, we are a bridge from the world of addiction and life changing circumstances to the hope of recovery. We are a faith based charitable non profit 501(c)3 Human Services Organization that connects those that are lost back to God, their families and to themselves. We are an umbrella organization that provides meetings of all types, both at our facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia and at the churches and recovery houses that we partner with. We also offer coaching, a food pantry, free clothing in Men's and Women's closets, offer transition opportunities, provide recovery referrals, and hold Celebrations and Worship opportunities that are geared toward those in recovery. Here is our mission statement:
We exist to serve those seeking recovery from addiction and other life changing circumstances. We connect people to the resources they need to recover and heal. We offer group and one-on-one support, mentoring and sponsorship. Our focus is on stabilization, and education, as well as creating a faith based bridge to sustained long term recovery. Anyone in need of recovery services and support may benefit from our services.
We partner also with many people who share our vision to help others. At present, we have an ATB 12 Step Raw meeting, a CA meeting (Cocaine Anonymous) a Smooth Talk spiritual meeting, a Women's Recovery Support Group, a CMA (Crystal Meth Anonymous) meeting, and a weekly worship service led by Grace Community Church, all at our ATB Building. Additionally we partner with Life Church International in Duluth for a Real Talk Recovery Meeting. We also host community meetings for recovery houses, host special events, and provide assistance to homeless and helpless individuals..
We are involved as well in holding outreach meetings on-site at sober living facilities we collaborate with on spiritually and 12 Step based topics, and are available to help new ones we may partner with in the future. We presently reach, even in these COVID-19 times, over 500 people a week in 10 plus meetings.
You can refer to the Current Meetings drop down for all dates and times of these meetings, and we welcome your inquiries to be involved or if you have questions. Again, thank you for visiting us and please include us and those we serve in your prayers!
