Thank you for visiting the Across The Bridge website and we hope your visit here may be the start of an ongoing relationship. As our name suggests, we are a bridge from the world of addiction and life changing circumstances to the hope of recovery. We are a faith based charitable non profit 501(c)3 Human Services Organization that connects those that are lost back to God, their families and to themselves. We are an umbrella organization that provides meetings of all types, both at our facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia and at the churches and recovery houses that we partner with. We also offer coaching, a food pantry, free clothing in Men's and Women's closets, offer transition opportunities, provide recovery referrals, and hold Celebrations and Worship opportunities that are geared toward those in recovery.
We partner also with many people who share our vision to help others. At present, we have a CA Meeting (Cocaine Anonymous) at our building on Thursday nights at 7:30 PM, a Crystal Meth Anonymous (CMA) meeting on Tuesday nights, as well as an SAA (Sex Addicts Anonymous) also on Tuesday, a Saturday Night Worship at 6 PM led by Good Landing Recovery which is recovery friendly, and we host The Red Phoenix Martial Arts Academy on Thursdays at 6 PM and Sundays at 2:30 PM. We also host community meetings for recovery houses and host special events, including weddings. Once a month, on a Monday night, we hold a Celebration for all those we work with at our building, offering a complete meal.
The recovery meetings we hold are primarily spiritually based, but also include the successful traits of the Alcoholics Anonymous 12 Step programs and from week to week differ in not only content but in leadership and format. Other meetings are designed to increase faith and bring awareness of the impact of a God-centered, positive lifestyle.
