At present we have a staff of three full time and part time employees and a myriad of volunteers that power the events at ATB. There are leaders, teachers and workers who insure we operate at a high level of productivity in bringing a message of hope and recovery to all those we help.
We are governed by a Board Of Directors, and we operate on income from facilities rental, services we offer, grants from private and government sources and donations we receive from generous churches and individuals.
Our plan is to become a relevant force within our community that emphasizes what connection can do to help restore a wayward life. Connection to God, themselves and family can happen if given time, and we surround them with an atmosphere of love and service during this time of recovery.
In 2019-20 we reached over 40,000 people through over 1000 meetings, some multiple times a week because we believe the more interaction and connection we have the better the chance of recovery. We plan to reach more, and do it more effectively in 2021 through our new Women's and Leadership groups, as well as additional in-house and on-site meetings we will develop.
We are also planning to provide an outreach to homeless & helpless individuals that feeds and provides selected services to those affected by these conditions. We will partner with those who also share this vision and announce plans for this in the 2nd quarter of 2021.
What we do is free to those who we come in contact with, because of what we have been freely given, through the wonderful forgiveness we have received from a loving God. Every day at ATB we plan to multiply that love in our community that brings healing and understanding to the trials of addiction.
